One can submit an anonymous grievance/complaint online using this google form.
Kindly note: it is a part of the procedure that once the complaint is filed, then within 48 hours, one or both conveners will set up a meeting with the student filing the complaint to explain the procedure of remedy (towards the grievance) and punishment (of the discriminator). This meeting is usually face-to-face and scheduled at the earliest after the complaint is filed.
Also please note: The purview of the SC/ST Students Cell is limited to students of IIT Bombay in the context of discrimination about caste/race only. Queries/complaints outside this purview are to be directed towards the appropriate body and emails regarding matters outside the above purview are likely to be remain unanswered.
